Eyelashes extensions removal

Removal of eyelashes extensions

There are several "home remedies" on how to take off your eyelashes extensions at home. But it is always better to have eyelashes extensions removed by a professional, so you can be sure that everything will go easily and that your natural eyelashes will remain as beautiful and healthy as they were before the extension. If you want to remove eyelashes yourself at home, use a remover designed specially to loosen the joints between natural and artificial eyelash. Be sure not to tear the eyelashes - if your stylist glued them correctly, you would tear off natural eyelashes along with artificial ones.

How to remove eyelashes extensions?

If you don't have someone else to help you remove eyelashes extensions, you should prepare a powerful lighting so that you can see every single lash without any problems. Before you start the removal itself, stick gel pads over the lower lashes - this will protect them from unnecessary contact with the remover and you will be able to see all the upper lashes better.

Then apply a small amount of remover to the application brush. Using a brush, lightly apply the remover to the joints between natural and artificial eyelashes, taking care not to touch the eyelid, let the remover work for about a minute. You will see that then the false eyelashes will start to separate from the natural ones, and you can easily comb them with a brush. Always comb the lashes from roots to ends. If any of artificial eyelashes still remain on the eye, you can carefully remove it with tweezers.

Once you are sure that you have managed to remove all the eyelashes extensions, clean your eyes with a foam cleanser and rinse with lukewarm water.
