Products purchased on the e-shop are guaranteed for 24 months. The seller is liable for any defects in the product that are present when the buyer receives the goods or that appear during the warranty period. It does not cover defects caused by improper handling or mechanical damage.

How to proceed with a claim?

Return of goods by delivery companies:

  • Print and complete the claim form. All the necessary information to complete the form can be found on your invoice. Please describe the product defect as clearly as possible.

  • Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your package.
  • Pack the goods carefully to prevent damage during transit.

Upon receipt of the goods we will check them and hand them over to the complaints department. Complaints will be settled within 30 days from the start of the complaint procedure.
We will only reimburse the postage costs for sending a claim if the claim is accepted and the delivery slip is sent within 15 days of issue.
