Products purchased on the e-shop are guaranteed for 24 monthsFor entrepreneurs, the warranty period is 6 months. More information can be found in the terms and conditions. The seller is responsible for all product defects that the goods have when the buyer takes them over or that appear during the warranty period. It does not apply to defects caused by improper handling or mechanical damage. The customer is obliged to present the claimed goods cleaned, free of all impurities and hygienically clean. The seller is entitled to refuse to take over for the complaint procedure goods whose condition does not comply with basic hygiene principles.

How to proceed with a claim?

Return of goods by delivery companies:

  • Print and complete the claim form. All the necessary information to complete the form can be found on your invoice. Please describe the product defect as clearly as possible.

  • Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your package.
  • Pack the goods carefully to prevent damage during transit.

Upon receipt of the goods we will check them and hand them over to the complaints department. Complaints will be settled within 30 days from the start of the complaint procedure.
We will only reimburse the postage costs for sending a claim if the claim is accepted and the delivery slip is sent within 15 days of issue.
